"This agency is fake. They talk to their customers with attitudes. The owner allows the behavior. You cannot get them to help, listen or stand up for you in claims processes they will avoid having to help any of there clients or catch attitude when you ask. Tornado was several months ago and I am still waiting on them to be fair and give the right amount to get the job done. Janisha called me this morning, missed her call. Called back immediately after she called me and got an employee named Jeanette who was nasty to me and my husband who was on the phone two way. The broad finally called back to switch us to Janisha her tone changes when in front of Janisha.and tried to be nice after she knew I was going to say something. The owner dismissed me too. And didn’t even address why I called the meeting for in person the first place. Very bad agency and agent. State Farm sucks. I have been loyal to them but don’t get a house claim going they attitude will change quick in that office. Very very bad agents. All I can say is dept of insurance and BBB. They are only friendly when they want to sale you a product. After the sale they start tripping."

"I was shopping around for insurence decided to get a quote from state farm. Before i purchased the policy online. I requested a call to speak with someone from my local office and within 10 minutes or so i got a call and met diana. She was so so helpful in clearing up all my questions and also told me about other options that i never knew were available. Most insurence reps i speak to never usually take the time and tell you or explain all the different options that can be added to the policy. Diana did, and got me not only the best quote and coverage but more coverage then i knew i could get and still the policy was very affordable. The best thing i can say about this office and diana is they go out of their way to give you a personal touch and experience. I felt that diana and this office make it their priority to get to know me and my needs and not just a open and closed book. I highly recommend you call and ask to speak to diana."

"Tengo State farm por muchos años y no tenia quejas pq no tuve incidentes hasta ahora q alguien le dio a mi carro en un car wash y todavia estoy esperando q me areglen el carro y mi agents en Patel quiere q uno llame aqui y aya y hasta a la persona causante el incidente.a el ya le estan areglando su auto y el tambien tiene la misma compañia pero diferentes agente so asumo que el problema es mi agente y no state farm en general.pero para cobrar la poliza si que son rapidos. Uno cuando paga un servicio espera calidad no tener q hacer el trabajo por ellos Estoy muy disgustada con Jinisha Patel agency."
